Brian L. Buss, pled guilty to assault with intent to cause serious injury, aggravated misdemeanor and was sentenced to serve a period of 90 days in jail with credit given for any time previously served and ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $855.00 plus surcharge, the fine was suspended.
